Aerial Straps Weekend Workshop 22nd & 23rd May
We have invited one
of the top teachers and performers in the UK to come and teach a weekend workshop in Aerial straps. Jamie Swann from the Circus
Space in London will be coming back to Scotland for the weekend. It does take some strength but not quite as much as that
shown in the picture.
Born and raised in fife, the majority of Jamie's time was taken up by gymnastics. training, competing and performing
with the infamous "Dunfermline Spartans Display team".
Wanting to spread his wings, Jamie turned his
back on becoming a P.E teacher and moved to London and enrolled on the degree course at 'The Circus Space' specialising
in aerial straps. Taught in both Russian and Chinese styles, but never one to follow the trends, Jamie also likes to incorporate his
own style to an already challenging discipline!
Since finishing the degree Jamie has performed at venues and events
all over Britain and is looking forward to coming home for a bit to spread the straps love!
