Before you contact us 'Frequently asked questions' will help to give you some idea of the details of the service we provide.
We only offer to our clients entertainers who have experience in the field of their work and who exhibit a professional
conduct whether on or off site.
On our main website www.urbancircus.co.uk we have a guest book where comments can be left from our previous clients.
Throughout the site clients comments are listed in 'white text'.
On making a booking you will be requested to sign a contract of services which outlines the agreement.
How do I know I am getting a qualified entertainer?
We only offer to our clients entertainers who have experience in the field of their work and who exhibit a professional conduct
whether on or off site.
What are the fees for booking an act from Urban Circus?
We usually offer fees based on the demand for the event date. Dates / entertainers experience / journey time
prevents us from making fixed fees. A booking deposit may be requied.
What if I book an entertainer and then Cancel?
Cancellations are 50% payable if canceled over 90 days from the event date. Within 90 days fees are 100% payable.
What if it rains at my outdoor event?
We recommend you take out bad weather insurances or have an indoor alternative policy. Failing that we expect our entertainers
to work around light rain. In severe conditions where the entertainer is not possible to perform we still expect full payment
to be made.
